AllMed Consulting Clinic complies with the Privacy Act 1988, including the way we collect, store, use and disclose health information. Your medical record is a confidential document.
It is the policy of this practice to maintain security of personal health information at all times and to ensure that this information is only available to authorised members of staff.
AllMed encourages patients to make appointments during clinic operating hours. We will provide appropriate and prompt care for urgent medical issues. Please advise our reception staff upon your arrival to the clinic. Should you be experiencing chest pain or shortness of breath; or suspect you are suffering from a infectious disease please inform our receptionist immediately.
We endeavour to keep to scheduled appointments and request your patience if appointments are unexpectedly delayed. Home Visits are available subject to your doctor’s discretion.
Physicians will only accept phone calls for urgent enquires. Please make an appointment for matters that are not urgent.
